Terms and Conditions of Sale: International

Minimum order: $75.00 (we generally waive this for credit card transactions, which normally have the usual $40.00 minimum).

Payment terms: Prepaid in full by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. We also accept prepayment by wire transfer, but there will likely be a surcharge to cover bank fees and administrative costs.

Customs, duties, and local taxes: We bill only for the product purchased and the shipping and handling charge. You will be responsible for any other fees associated with importing your order.

Shipping and Handling: Please note: we strive to pack orders cost-effectively, and offer active discounts from published rates, especially for air shipments. Orders can be placed as pro forma requests if you need an exact quote in advance.

Note: ACCU DYNE TEST™ sales in some countries are restricted to exclusive distributors. We prefer to ship via FedEx. The default method is prepaid, with discounted shipping charges added to your invoice. We can ship via UPS if you prefer, but the costs will generally be considerably higher. We can also ship via FedEx or UPS collect on your account - UPS collect shipments will incur a $15.00 handling charge. We do not ship via DHL under any circumstances. Incoterms are FOB Claremont, NH, USA; CPT destination or DAP destination can also be cited if you prefer.

UPS is now billing us an administrative fee on international shipments, even those that ship collect, and we now levy a $15.00 charge for all UPS collect international shipments (note that FedEx has not imposed this fee!).

Backorders: If any product is backordered we will contact you for instructions on your shipping preferences.

Returns and Restocking Charges: ACCU DYNE TEST™ products and viscosity cups are NOT returnable. All other catalog items can be returned, as long as they are unused and in resellable condition, but for some products there may be a significant restocking charge. In all cases, returns must be approved in advance, and clearly identified with an assigned Return Authorization Number. If returnability is a concern, be sure to inquire in advance.
