Terms and Conditions of Sale: International

Minimum order: $75.00.

Payment terms: Prepaid in full by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. We also accept prepayment by wire transfer, but there is a $35.00 surcharge, which covers bank fees and administrative costs.

Customs, duties, and local taxes: We bill only for the product purchased and the shipping charge. You will be responsible for any other fees associated with importing your order.

Shipping and Handling: We ship FOB Claremont, NH, via UPS air service, prepaid and added to your invoice. We strive to pack orders cost-effectively and actively discount air shipment charges. We encourage you to submit your order for a firm quote on shipping charges prior to confirming it. We can also ship via UPS or DHL collect if you prefer.

Backorders: With the exception of contact angle meters, tensiometers, and (occasionally) drawdown platforms, the products described in this site are almost never backordered, and generally ship the same day we receive your order. In the rare case of backorders, we generally hold the order until it can be shipped complete.

Returns and Restocking Charges: ACCU DYNE TEST™ products are not returnable. All other items are (if unused and in resellable condition), but you must contact us in advance for an approved return authorization number. In some cases there may be a restocking charge. If this is a concern, be sure to inquire in advance.

All invoices, test procedures, MSDSs, certifications, and other documents are provided only in English.
