Absolute minimum order: $40.00. This includes all products, including ACCU DYNE TEST™ Marker Pens and surface tension test fluids.

Shipping and Handling: Our default shipping method is by UPS ground service, prepaid and provided at no charge for commercial addresses. Residential deliveries will be billed at $4.00 or more, depending on your location. This policy covers all products shown throughout this website. For prepaid and added second day or next day air shipments, we can ship by either UPS or FedEx by your request, and we deduct the cost of ground service for the order from our already deeply discounted air rates. If you like, you can submit your order for a firm quote on shipping charges prior to confirming it. We can also ship by UPS or FedEx Collect or third party by ground or by air if you insist.

Payment terms: Within 45 days by U.S. check for approved accounts; or payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express at time of sale. Payment by check will trigger an automatic 3% discount on the entire product total, which will show as a separate line item at the bottom of the invoice. Repeated - or egregiously - late payments will result in the loss of this discount.

Backorders: Backordered products will be shipped as soon as available. Most of our items are always in stock, including especially ACCU DYNE TEST™ Marker Pens and surface tension test fluids. Some special order items may ship direct from the manufacturer.

Returns and Restocking Charges: Viscosity cups and ACCU DYNE TEST™ products are NOT returnable. All other catalog items can be returned, as long as they are unused and in resellable condition, but for some products there may be a significant restocking charge. In all cases, returns must be approved in advance, and clearly identified with an assigned Return Authorization Number. If returnability is a concern, be sure to inquire in advance.
