Minimum order: $30.00.

Payment terms: Net 30 days by U.S. check for registered and approved accounts; or payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express at time of sale.

Shipping and Handling: We ship FOB Claremont, NH, via UPS ground, second day, or next day air, prepaid and added to your invoice. We strive to pack orders cost-effectively, do not charge more than UPS's published rate, and actively discount air shipment charges. If you like, you can submit your order for a firm quote on shipping charges prior to confirming it. We can also ship via UPS collect if you prefer.

Backorders: With the exception of contact angle meters, tensiometers, and (occasionally) drawdown platforms, the products described in this site are almost never backordered, and generally ship the same day we receive your order. In the rare case of backorders, we ship as available, and do not charge shipping on the backordered portion of the order.

Returns and Restocking Charges: ACCU DYNE TEST™ products are not returnable. All other items are (if unused and in resellable condition), but you must contact us in advance for an approved return authorization number. In some cases there may be a restocking charge. If this is a concern, be sure to inquire in advance.
