Shipping and Handling

Please note: we strive to pack orders cost-effectively, and offer active discounts from published rates, especially for air shipments. Orders can be placed as pro forma requests if you need an exact quote in advance.

United States

We ship via UPS ground or air service, prepaid and added to your invoice. We can also ship via UPS collect if you prefer. We do not charge for shipping on most backordered catalog items. All shipments are FOB Claremont, NH.

International

Note: ACCU DYNE TEST™ sales in some countries are restricted to exclusive distributors.

We ship via UPS Express or Express Saver, prepaid and added to your invoice. Incoterms are FOB Claremont, NH - CPT destination city can also be used on your specification. We can also ship via UPS collect if you prefer. We do not ship via Fed Ex except by Next Day Air service, and you must schedule the pickup and provide us directly with the shipping label and any other required documents. For shipping via Fed Ex or TNT you will need to provide us with all documents and labels in advance, and schedule the pickup with the shipper. We do not ship via DHL under any circumstances.

Backorders: If any product is backordered we will contact you for instructions on your shipping preferences.
